Friendly staff who were welcoming and always on top of things, no matter the time of day or night. They really made us feel at home 😊.

The whole experience was very nice! Greatly enjoyed the fact that I chose this little and stunningly beautiful hotel. Also, location was particularly good and perfect, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center. There 

We liked rooms with tv. It was decorated in a nice style.

Comfortable and convenient location, just a short walk to a recreational park. Brand-new and pleasant room with a TV, a spacious bedroom, and additional amenities like lounges. The hotel is in a great spot, close to a park and within walking distance to various attractions. 

It was very clean and the staff friendly and courteous. Great breakfast buffet.

The hot breakfast offered here has a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, and the location is excellent for exploring downtown with a nice view.

Location is great to get to things downtown

The room was brand new, had a great view, and it was comfortable, located near the train depot, shops.

Very appealingly renovated suite (No. 338, bedroom and cosy anteroom) with a very nice bathroom! The sound insulation to the neighbouring rooms is excellent! Breakfast: good choice of drinks, fresh waffles. 

The location was perfect for me, very close to everything in the city center.

Separated sitting area

Extremely hard beds. Loud music from outside source till 2-3am. Low older toilets. No available handicap rooms.

Comfortable Room Setup

Had a spacious room all to myself with a microwave, TV, and a separate sitting area. 🛋️ The location was perfect, just a 4-6 minute walk from Kimball's Store.

The room was cozy and the place looked spotless. The staff members were super friendly, letting us check in early and stay later. We even got a hot breakfast included, which was a nice touch! 🍳

The staff at Four Points By Sheraton Anchorage Downtown were very kind and gave us an impressive room with comfy beds. The location of the property was great, just off all the common areas and close to the Beer and Barley Wine Festival

Neighbours loud and unfriendly, noise at midnight because of construction site
